How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year, gas or oil. Autumn is the best time, before the heating goes on full, so any fault shows up before you need the heat.
Do you work on oil boilers?
Yes. We service, clean and repair oil boilers, and supply and fit new ones, as well as gas. See oil boiler service.
How much does a boiler service cost?

Does a new boiler have to be a condensing boiler?
Almost always, yes. Building Regulations say a replacement gas or oil boiler must reach at least 90% seasonal efficiency where practicable, and in practice that means a condensing boiler.
